I hate filling capsules. I tried using bread as a stabilizer and it disintegrated my capsules. I looked at buying several different things and them I had an epiphany. I used the foam for floral arrangements. So easy! I use the eraser end of a pencil to create my holes (making sure they were deep enough to hold the pill so it wouldn't topple over). I am going to buy a new one but for today, it worked perfectly!!!
